How do I log in to the admin portal?
Go to www.admin.betterimpact.com to log in.
How do I know if I have an admin login?
Check with the lead administrator for your organisation. This is likely to be the person heading your volunteering program or the overall management of your organisation’s Better Impact account. If you do not have a login, that person can easily grant you access.
What kind of support is there available?
Aside from the initial implementation call, group training, and touchpoint calls? Lots! You can select the icon in the bottom corner of your screen when logged in to access help articles, training videos and the live support chat.
Select the ‘Find Your Community’ button on the homepage to access Better Impact Buddies (those that use the software for their organisation) and Peer to Peer User Groups.
What do I need to do before attending group classes?
Make sure you have access to the parts of the software that correspond with the training content so you can put into practice what you’ve learnt. Think about what your organisation goals are and how Better Impact can help you reach that destination. Bring along as many questions as possible so we can discuss as a group and learn together.
Think of anyone else in your team that may need to attend the classes, and share the booking page with them.
How can I get up and running quickly before attending my first class?

When you log in, you’ll also see a quick start menu appear, where you can learn about different parts of the software at your own pace.
Are the classes just for my team?
No – they are group classes that admins from different organisations can attend.
I’m not confident in using technology. Will the classes cover a step-by-step walkthrough related to the class topic?
Typically, no. The classes are designed to provide a consultative overview of the tools in the software and how you can make best use of them based on your volunteering goals, whether it be recruitment, building schedules or running reports. Do I have any control over the arrangement of the information on the admin home page?
Yes! Go to the My Profile icon in the top right corner, then select Customisation Preferences. You can switch to dark mode, activate the accessibility widget in your profile and customise the layout of the status update, admin news, and pinned searches to name just a few.
